What moves the number
Which line it is
A fixture branch is a different job from a main sewer lateral running out to the street.
How the line is accessed
An existing cleanout is straightforward. Pulling a toilet or working through a roof vent is not.
What is in the pipe
Hair and soap come out quickly. Eighty feet of compacted cottonwood root does not.
Condition of the pipe
Old clay and scaled cast iron need a slower, more careful approach than modern PVC.
What we will not do
We will not keep cabling a pipe that a camera shows is collapsed, and we will not sell you a sewer replacement without showing you the footage that justifies it. If cleaning cannot fix your problem, you will hear that from us plainly.
Pricing questions
Why is there no price list on this page?
Because a printed number would be a guess. A bathroom sink two feet from the trap and a main line eighty feet out to the street are different jobs. We look, then we quote, then you decide.
Will the price change once you start?
Not without your say-so. If we open the line and find something genuinely different from what we quoted, we stop and tell you before doing anything else.
Do you charge more at night or on weekends?
Whatever the job costs is on the quote you approve before we start. There is no separate after-hours surprise added at the end.
Is the camera inspection an extra charge?
It is included with main line sewer service. Booked on its own, such as before a home purchase, it is quoted as its own job.
What payment methods do you take?
Major credit and debit cards, plus cash and check. Ask when you call if you need something else.
