Emergency service
Backed up right now?Call 720-779-4946.
Sewage in the basement, an overflowing toilet, a main line that has stopped taking water. These do not wait until Monday, and neither do we. Aurora and the Denver metro, 24 hours a day.
1. You call
A person picks up, day or night, and asks the few questions that tell us what to load on the truck.
2. We dispatch
Most Aurora emergencies get a technician the same day, often inside the hour.
3. We clear it
Price approved first, then the line is opened, tested under full load, and cameraed if it is the main.
What to do before we arrive
- Stop using every water fixture in the building, including appliances.
- Keep people and pets away from any standing wastewater.
- Move valuables and stored items off the floor near affected drains.
- Do not pour chemical drain cleaner into a line that is already full of water.
- If you know where your main cleanout is, clear access to it.

Emergency questions
It is the middle of the night. Will someone actually answer?
Yes. The phone rings to a person around the clock, including holidays. Emergency drain work does not keep business hours and neither do we.
Sewage is coming up in my basement. What do I do right now?
Stop running every water fixture in the house immediately, including the dishwasher and washing machine, because everything you run has to go somewhere. Keep people and pets out of the affected area, then call us.
Should I keep plunging while I wait?
For a single toilet, a few firm attempts are fine. If more than one fixture is backing up, stop. That pattern points to the main line and plunging only pushes waste toward another opening.
How much does emergency service cost?
You get the price before we start and you approve it before any equipment comes off the truck. We do not begin work and then present a number.
Do not wait for it to get worse.
Every hour a main line stays blocked is another hour of wastewater looking for somewhere to go.
